*Molds are true to size. Please choose the shoe size you always use. The heel/platform ratio of the shoe may vary from the visual depending on the heel height you choose. Our company is not responsible for any problems you may experience due to heel height.

To add customizable details to this product, you can choose one of the options in the Customization section on the product page. 

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

• I do not want customization
  If you choose this option; the heart detail on the sole and name detail on the platforms will not be applied to your shoe, even if they appear in the example images of the product you ordered.

• Heart Detail (Sole)
  If you choose this option; a heart detail will be added to the sole of your shoe, similar to the examples in the product photos. You can have the heart painted in any color you wish and have any text written inside it. After choosing this option, please specify the heart color and the details to be written inside the heart in the Order Note section. The text color is black and cannot be changed. The examples below are representative.

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.

In case of any size/number issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production error (e.g., heel type, color error).

You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the date you received it from the cargo.

Description

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones in shoots may vary due to light differences. Leather is a natural material. Just like your skin, it is unique. Therefore, details such as color differences, pore marks, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the surface of the leather but are characteristics of the product's naturalness. Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete hand craftsmanship, the patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
