Delivery and Return Conditions

For products in the "Immediate Delivery" category, there is no exchange option. There is a return option. In case of a return, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Since Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete craftsmanship, patterns and embroideries between pairs may not be identical.
