Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a production-related error (heel type, color error, etc.).

In case of a size issue, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.

Some accessories used in the visuals are for combination purposes and may not be included in the product for sale. Color tones in shoots may vary due to light differences. Therefore, details such as color differences, pore stains, and thorn marks are not quality defects on the leather surface but are a natural characteristic of the product. Sanemiko hand-painted and handmade products are produced individually with complete craftsmanship, so patterns and embellishments between pairs may not be identical. This situation represents the uniqueness and value of handmade products, just like a work of art.
