You can create a personalized pair of shoes by choosing the model number, color, and heel type.
Delivery and Return Conditions
This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within a maximum of 7 business days.
In case of any issues with size/number, free alterations and exchanges are offered for the same model without limits.
Since this product is produced to order as a personalized item, there is no return option unless there is a production defect (Heel type, color error, etc.).
You can submit your return/exchange request for the product you purchased by sending an email to info@sanemiko.net within 2 business days from the date you received it from the cargo.
