*The molds are true to size. Please choose the shoe size you always use. The heel/platform ratio of the shoe will vary from the visual depending on the Heel Height you choose. Our company is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the heel height.

Delivery and Return Conditions

This product is specially prepared to order and delivered to cargo within 20 business days.

Since this product is custom-made to order, there is no return option unless there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., heel type, color error).

If you experience issues with sizing, unlimited free alteration and exchange options are offered for the same model.
